| 摘 要： | 目的探讨4年来本院新生儿贫血的病因。方法对本院2000年12月-2004年12月收治的169例住院新生儿贫血的病因构成进行分析。结果本组169例新生儿贫血中感染性贫血97例，占57．40％；溶血性贫血59例，占34．91％；失血性贫血9例，占5．33％；原因不明4例，占2．36％。结论新生儿贫血病因以感染占首位，溶血性贫血次之，失血性贫血占第3位。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the etiopathogenisis of neonatal anemia in our hospital during four years. Methods We have analysed the etiopathogenisis of 169 cases in-hospital neonatal anemia in our hospital from December 2000 to December 2004. Results 97 cases were neonatal of infection(57.40%),59 hemolytic anemia(34.91%),9 anemia of lost blood(5.33%),4 other cause(2.36%).Conclusion The first etiologic cause of neonatal anemia was infection,the second was hemolytic anemia and the third was anemia of lost blood |
