鸦胆子油-碘油"夹馅"栓塞化疗、乙醇癌灶内注射联合免疫因子介入治疗中晚期肝癌

INTERVENTIONAL TREATMENT OF ADVANCED HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA WITH BRUCEA JAVANICA-LIPIODOL "SANDWICH" EMBOLIZATIONS AND INTRATUMORAL INJECTIONS OF ETHANOL AND IMMUNOCYTOKINES

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Brucea javanicalipiodol Sandwich embolizations combined with intratumoral ethanol injections and immunocytokines injections on treatment of moderate and advanced primary hepaticellular carcinoma (HCC) Method: 37 cases of moderate and advanced stages of unresectable HCC were divided into two groups,17 patients (A group) were alternately treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TAE) with sandwich method of Brucea javanicalipiodolanticancer agents and subcutaneous ethanol injection (PEI),combined with intratumoral injectins of immunocytokines,and 20 patients (B group) were treated with TAE alone Results: Partial response (PR),total efficacy rate,1year survival rate of A and B group were 47% and 30%,100% and 90%,76% and 30%,respectively,there was significant difference between two groupsNo statistically significant difference was found in side effects between two groups7 cases (411%) were resected from A group Conclusion: Combined interventional cytokines injections may be a new strategy for advanced HCC=
