| 摘 要： | 检测了５６例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者的运动神经传导速度（ＭＮＣＶ）。表明ＮＩＤＤＭ患者的ＭＮＣＶ较正常人明显减慢，差异有显著性。ＮＩＤＤＭ患者的ＭＮＣＶ异常率与患者的病程和平素血糖控制状况有关。病程＞５年者，ＭＮＣＶ异常率显著高于病程＜５年者；ＨｂＡ１Ｃ＞１０％者其ＭＮＣＶ异常率显著高于ＨｂＡ１Ｃ＜１０％者。在男性ＮＩＤＤＭ患者中，伴阳萎者其ＭＮＣＶ异常率显著高于不伴阳萎者。ＮＩＤＤＭ合并神经病变者，ＭＮＣＶ明显异常。

| Abstract: | The motor nerve conductive velocities (MNCV) of 56 NIDDM patients and 30 normal persons were measured. The results showed that the mean MNCV in NIDDM was significantly lower than in control group; and that in NIDDM group, the MNCV abnormal rate was correlated with the duration and the everyday blood glucose level of the patients. There was a significant correlation between MNCV and neuropathy in the NIDDM patients. Among the male NIDDM patients, there was a significant difference in MNCV between those who were complicated with impotence and those not complicated with impotence. |
