摘    要:目的比较不锈钢K锉与手用ProTaper锉在仿制树脂弯曲根管中的成形效果。方法选用20个仿制树脂根管随机分为两组,分别使用不锈钢K锉、手用ProTaper锉预备,记录预备后根管根尖段内外侧树脂去处量、预备后根管宽度、根管弯曲度的变化、根管偏移。结果手用ProTaper锉预备后的根管在根尖外侧和弯曲起始部内侧树脂去处量少于不锈钢K锉(P<0.005),手用ProTaper锉预备后的根管直化度小于不锈钢K锉(P<0.001),手用ProTaper锉预备后的根管无明显的根管偏移。结论手用ProTaper锉成形效果优于不锈钢K锉。ProTaper预备后能形成一个与原形相似,流畅的锥形根管。

Abstract:Objective To compare the shaping ability of hand ProTaper with stainless steel K files in simulated resin root canals.Methods Twenty simulated resin root canals were selected and divided randomly two groups,root canals were prepared by stainless steel K files and hand ProTaper,respectively,the amount of resin removed both the inner and outer side of the prepared canals,the width of the prepared canals,canal curature before and after instrumentation,canals aberrations were recorded.Results the stainless steel K files removed material more than hand ProTaper on the outer side of apex and inner side of curvature (P<0.005),the decrease in curvature of canals prepared by stainless steel K files was significant difference than by hand ProTaper (P<0.001),the canals prepared by hand ProTaper had no evident aberrations.Conclusion The hand ProTaper exhibited better shaping ability than stainless steel K files.
