浅谈无痛人流术后的观察及护理

目的对无痛人流在术后的疗效观察以及护理措施的探讨。方法对我院2009年1月至2009年5月收治的1200例早孕患者进行回顾性分析。随机对收治1200例分为两组,治疗组600例患者均无痛人流手术,对照组600例行传统人流术。对两组术前、术后、术中护理以及术后疗效对比分析。结果治疗组明显优于对照组。结论无痛人流术不仅疼痛度低,而且安全、时间短、效果好、恢复快、无后遗症,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Discuss Painless Abortions Postoperative Observation and Nursing

Objective To painless in the postoperative curative effect observation and nursing measures. Methods in our hospital from 2009 January to 2009 May, 120 cases of patients with early pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Random on the treated 120patients divided into two groups, the treatment group of 600 cases were painless operation control group 600 cases, traditional artificial abortion. On two groups of preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative nursing and postoperative curative effect analysis. Results The treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion Painless abortion not only pain degree is low, and security, short time, good effect, fast recovery, without sequelae, worthy of clinical application.
