海马结构内AchE分布和含AchE投射的起源

用AchE组织化学方法和AchE-HRP联合追踪技术,研究海马和齿状回内AchE的分布和含AchE投射的起源。AchE组化染色显示海马和齿状回内有大量AchE阳性终末,主要位于多形细胞层的深部和齿状回颗粒细胞层两侧。但海马结构内未见到AchE强染色细胞。DFP处理动物后,海马和齿状回内AchE阳性终末消失。注射HRP于背侧海马后行AchE-HRP联合反应,在同侧基底前脑区域出现AchE—HRP双标记神经元。提示海马结构的胆硷能传入主要来自基底前脑的AchE阳性神经元。

DISTRIBUTION OF AchE AND ORIGINS OF AchE-CONTAINING PROJECTIONS IN THE HIPPOCAMPAL FORMATION

Distribution of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and origins of AchE-containing projections in the hippocampal formation were studied by means of Ache pharmacohistochemistry and the tracing method of AchE combining with HRP. In the hippocampal formation there were many terminals containing AchE and they distribute mainly in the deep part of stratum oriens and both sides of granular layer in the area dentata. In the animals which had been treated with Diisopropyl Fluorophosphate (DFP) the terminals containing AchE disappeared. When HRP solution was injected into the dosal hippocampus followed by the procedure for simultaneous demonstration of HRP and AchE, the neurons containing the both reactive products of HRP and AchE were seen in the basal forebrain. It show that cholinergic fiber in the hippocampat formation originate mainly from AchE-containing neurons in the basal forebrain.
