| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用生物可降解环(BAR)进行结肠吻合的手术技巧. 方法应用BAR 27例行结肠切除术的患者行结肠吻合,观察术后并发症及恢复情况. 结果 27例患者全部成功吻合,无一例发生吻合口漏、出血、腹腔感染、梗阻及狭窄等并发症. 结论应用BAR行结肠吻合,操作简单方便、吻合可靠,明显缩短手术时间,术后并发症少.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the surgical technique and effects of colonic anastomosis by biofragmentable anastomosis ring(BAR). Methods 27 cases with colectomy underwent colonicl anastomosis by BAR. Postoprative complications and recovery circumstance were observed. Results All 27 cases were successfully anastomed and cured. No complications occurred such as anastomstic leakage, bleeding,abdominal infection, intestinal obstruction or stenosis. Conclusion It is a simple and safe method for colonic anastomosis by BAR with advances of shorter operative time and less complication. |
