| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝局灶性结节性增生(focal nodular hyperplasia,FNH)的鉴别诊断及治疗。方法 分析5例FNH的影像学及肝穿刺活检、手术病理资料，并与肝脏其他常见良恶性肿瘤进行鉴别。结果 5例全部手术，经病理诊断FNH。结论 FNH为良性病变，手术切除是最好的鉴别和治疗方法，延误诊断易造成相应危害。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis and treatment of focal nodular hyperplasia(FNH). Methods 5 cases of FNH were included in this study. The following parameters were analyzed, their imaging features, aspiration biopsy of liver tissues and post-surgically pathological evaluations. All these data was compared with those of other liver benign tumors. Results All the 5 patients underwent surgical operation and FNH was pathologically verified. Conclusion FNH is a benign lesion. Surgical recession is considered as the best treatment. Any delayed treatment and diagnosis would do harm to the patients. |
