摘    要:科技成果评奖工作是国家对广大科技人员科学研究贡献和成就的一种价值认可形式。实施成果奖励制度可激发和保护广大科技人员的创造热情;而成果评奖过多、过滥又可导致一些行业风气不正,影响了学术水平和质量。对此,该文作者从科研评奖限额管理角度为广大科技人员开拓思路、组织指导、协调管理,力图在政策调控范围内,提高科研管理内涵建设力度。

Abstract:The work for science and technology award is a form of value recognization,which is the nation's acknowledge to the large number of science and technology staff.The connotation is combined material award with spirit award,which introduce encouragement and competition mechanism to science and technology staff and reduce technique level difference with developed country.At the same time,it could arouse and protect science and technology staff's creative passion to contribute country and society;but it could affect science level and quality because of too much of it.The article discusses how the science and technology controllers open up idea,organize and direct the award management within the nation and army policy range.
