紫杉醇联合用药治疗卵巢癌的疗效比较

摘    要:目的探讨紫杉醇联合化疗药物对卵巢癌的治疗效果。方法对2002年3月~2006年3月间收治的40名卵巢上皮癌进行治疗。对照组20例,采用环磷酰胺联合卡铂治疗,治疗组20例,采用紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗。观察患者病变缓解情况,两次探查癌灶的大小,病理检查阳性率,药物的毒副作用,合并症的缓解情况,生存质量等,分析紫杉醇联合化疗药物的治疗效果。结果紫杉醇联合卡铂组完全缓解6例,部分缓解9例,有效率75%。生存质量评定(KPS)改善加稳定为80%,两次探查癌灶大小,病理检查阳性率为3.1%;环磷酰胺联合卡铂治疗组耐药5例,完全缓解4例,部分缓解6例,有效率50%,KPS改善加稳定为50%,两次探查癌灶大小,病理检查阳性率为6.1%。结论紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗优于环磷酰胺联合卡铂治疗,可以提高患者的生存质量和生存时间,并可增加患者对化疗药物的敏感性。

Abstract:Aim In order to explore the efficacy of taxol combined with chemical medications in ovarian cancer therapy. Methods Forty cases of ovarian cancer between 03/2002 - 03/2006 were evenly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with cyclophosphamide and carboplation, and the therapeutic group was treated with taxol and carboplatin. Then the efficacy of the two groups observed and noted . Results For the therapeutic group, the effective rate was 75%, the KPS was 80%, and the masculine rate was 3.1%. For the control group, the effective rate was 50%, the KPS was 50%, and the masculine rate was 6.1%. Conclusion The therapeutic group enjoys a better quality of life than the control group.
