医疗设备维修方式进展

目的:介绍近年来设备维修方式的进展情况。方法:以"医疗设备;维修方式"为检索词,检索维普(VIP)期刊全文数据库近10年与医疗设备维修相关文章,针对设备维修模式进展进行了相关叙述。结果:共检索50余篇文献,重点对密切相关的7篇文献做进一步分析。随着医疗设备向大型化、集体化、电子化和智能化高科技方向飞速发展,医疗设备的维修方式也在迅速发生转变,由原来落后的事后维修,向预防维修、基于状态维修、智能维修和以可靠性维修为中心的维修等具有先进理念的现代化高科技新型维修方式发展。结论:医疗设备维修已从初始的被动维修经过预防维修、预测维修,发展到目前的可靠性维修体制。

Advances in medical equipment maintenance mode

Objective：To primarily introduces the recent progress in medical equipment maintenance modes.Methods：A computer-based online search of CNKI was performed for articles with the keywords ＂medical equipment,maintenance mode＂.This study focuses on the progress of equipment maintenance mode described in the relevant.Results：With rapid development of medical equipments towards the direction of large-scale,collectivization,electronization and intelligentification,medical equipment maintenance modes are rapidly changing.Medical equipment maintenance modes develop from backward breakdown maintenance to modern high-tech maintenance modes including Preventive maintenance,on-condition maintenance,condition-based maintenance,reliability centered maintenance.Conclusion：Medical equipment maintenance modes develop from breakdown maintenance to reliability centered maintenance modes pass through Preventive maintenance,Intelligent Maintenance.
