| 摘 要： | 目的:针对医疗卫生装备质量控制管理工作中存在的问题,寻找合理的解决办法,使质量控制工作落到实处。方法:采用提高医护人员管理素质、实行量化管理、严格医疗设备检测等办法解决现实问题。结果:根据改进建议实施,能有效地解决质控管理中出现的问题。结论:只有不断地改进医疗设备质量控制管理工作,才能预防医疗事故的发生,确保医疗质量安全。

| Abstract: | Objective：To look for the reasonable solution according to the problems of quality control to make the work into effect.Methods：It has solved practical problem through improve quality,quantitative management and strict testing etc.Results：Those suggestions can solve the problems effectively in the management of the quality.Conclusion：Only to improve the quality management continuously,we can prevent medical accidents and ensure safety of medical quality. |
