| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我国医疗设备在维修管理方面所面临的现状与不足,探讨出几种最优维修策略。方法:把国际上通用的以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)理论和寿命周期成本(LCC)理论引用到医疗设备的维修管理中,针对目前医疗设备维修管理存在的问题,运用维修理论加以探讨。结果:针对不同类型的医疗设备选择出其最优维修策略。结论:选择最优维修策略,可以降低设备维修成本,减轻患者经济负担,同时也为医院带来更大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the status quo and deficiency that medical devices face in maintenance management to find out a few optimal maintenance strategies.Methods：By bringing the internationally accepted RCM and LCC theory in medical equipment maintenance management,we analyzed problems in maintenance and management of medical devices currently.Results：The best maintenance strategy should be selected for different types of medical equipments.Conclusion：By selecting the best optimal maintenance strategies,maintenance costs can be reduced,the economic burden of patients decreased and greater economic benefits brought for hospital. |
