| Abstract: | Beijing is planning to change the current tertiary healthcare structure into secondary structure including only community hospitals and big comprehensive hospitals. The secondary hospitals now face 4 kinds of destinies: upgrade into regional health centers, change into rehabilitation nursing homes, develop into high-end hospitals and just shut down.
