| Abstract: | The vacuum system is an important part of the medical linear accelerator.The process of vacuum troubleshooting is complex,which is one of the most difficult points in the troubleshooting of the linear accelerator.Through a brief introduction of the basic structure and working principle of the vacuum system in Varian 2100C accelerator,together with a detailed introduction of the possible cause,the troubleshooting phase,and the best solution on a rare case of vacuum failure,the paper sums up several methods of the troubleshooting of vacuum system in Varian 2100C accelerator,thus giving valuable experience for persons of the same occupation. |
