腹部闭合性损伤内脏破裂出血的超声诊断

目的:分析腹部闭合性损伤所致内脏破裂出血超声图像特征,提高超声诊断价值。方法:总结86例经手术证实的腹部外伤内脏破裂出血的声像图表现。结果:腹部内脏破裂出血类型多样,超声图像表现各异,通常表现为以下四种特征:①器官体积增大,形态失常;②实质内或脏器周边血肿;③包膜连续性中断;④腹腔积液或(和)膈下游离气体。超声检出率100%(86/86),定位符合率78%(67/86)。结论:超声能及时迅速对腹部闭合性损伤内脏破裂出血作出诊断,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Study of ultrasound on the diagnosis of patients with visceral rupture bleeding secondary to closed abdominal trauma

Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic characteristics of visceral rupture bleeding secondary to closed abdominal trauma. Method The ultrasonographic characteristics of 86 cases confirmed by operation were analyzed. Results The types of visceral rupture bleeding were different, and the presences of ultrasonograph were various. There were four common types of ultrasonic imaging characteristics?押 ①The volume was enlarged and the shape was distorted; ②Hamatomas were shown in the internal of organs or the ruptured organs were surrounded by hamatomas; ③The integument wasn't continous; ④Intraperitoneal fluid or gas characteristics. The detected ratio of visceral rupture bleeding was 100%(86/86).The coincidence rate of localization was 78%(67/86). Conclusion Ultrasound can detect visceral rupture bleeding early and rapidly, thus it can be used as an important method in diagnosing visceral rupture bleeding .
