| 摘 要： | 目的探讨采用带蒂腹直肌瓣早期填塞瘘口治疗唇状肠瘘的可行性及其愈合的机制.方法选择纯种健康成年新西兰大白兔20只,行回肠造口术,制作成唇状肠瘘动物模型.实验组(10只)早期行带蒂腹直肌瓣填塞瘘口.另10只作对照组.结果实验组兔子瘘口均愈合,对照组瘘口均未愈.结论在肠道通畅情况下,对实验家兔采用带蒂腹直肌瓣早期填塞瘘口可以快速治愈唇状肠瘘.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the possibility of oper ation which packing the fistula orifice with pedicled straight muscle of abdomen flap to cure the labiate intestinal fistula by experimental study and to invest igate its healing mechanism. Methods 20 healthy rabbits were randomly assigned to one of two groups.Both control and experimental animals were underwent ileos tomy and were made Labiate intestinal fistulas model.10 rabbits were packed the fistula orifices with pedicled straight muscle of abdomen flap, another 10 rabbi ts' ileostomy as control group. Result The fistulas of experimental group we re all healed,The fistulas of control group were not healed. Conclusion On the condition that the intestinal tract is unobstructed ,the labiate intestinal fistula can be cured by packing the fistula orifice with pedicled straight muscl e of abdomen flap. |
