自发性食管破裂的综合治疗

目的探讨自发性食管破裂的综合治疗。方法自发性食管破裂患者42例。回顾性分析其临床资料。结果采取保守治疗3例,死亡1例,治愈率66.7%;单纯胸腔闭式引流加冲洗7例,死亡1例;手术治疗25例,其中食管破裂修补术4例,死亡1例,破裂段食管切除、食管胃吻合术19例,死亡2例;行食管覆膜支架置入,纵隔胸腔冲洗7例,死亡1例。结论手术治疗为自发性食管破裂的主要治疗方法。介入治疗对破裂时间较长、感染严重、体质较差患者有较好的治疗效果。

Combined Therapy of Spontaneous Rupture of Esophagus
