| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨白芍总苷在类风湿性关节炎治疗中的意义。方法]对同时期的类风湿性关节炎50例随机分为两组，一组用甲氨喋呤（5-20mg，每周1次，口服）＋白芍总苷（600mg，每日3次口服）治疗，另一组用氨甲喋呤＋双氯芬酸（25mg，每日3次，口服）治疗。结果]两组总有效率均为100％，显效率分别为68％、72％。差异无显著性（P〉0．05），与双氧芬酸相比，白芍总苷无明显的胃肠道不良反应的副作用（P〈0．01）。结论]白芍总苷在类风湿性关节炎的治疗中有较好的疗效，可广泛应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ] To investigate the TGP in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis significance. Method ] at the same time period ,50 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups, one group received methotrexate （5 - 20mg,week one time,oral） TGP （600mg,3 times a day oral） in the treatment, another group Amethopterin diclofenac （25 mg, 3 times a day, oral） treatment. Results ] The total effective rate of the two groups were 100% , markedly effective rate were 68% ,72%. There was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with diclofenac ,TGP has no obvious adverse reactions of gastrointestinal side effects （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion] TGP in rheumatoid arthritis treatment has good effect can be widely applied. |
