依那普利、倍他乐克与螺内酯联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的观察依那普利、倍他乐克与螺内酯联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法将160例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组80例给予常规治疗,治疗组80例在常规治疗的基础上给予依那普利、倍他乐克与螺内酯联合治疗。治疗4个月后,对两组的疗效进行判断,并观察其临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗4个月后治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为91.2%和67.5%(P<0.01),两组均未见明显的不良反应。结论依那普利、倍他乐克与螺内酯联合治疗慢性心力衰竭安全且有效。

Clinical effects of enalapril combined with metoprolol and spironolactone on patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of enalapril combined with metoprolol and spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups： 80 patients in control group were treated with routine treatment, and 80 patients in treatment group were treated with enalapril combined with metoprolol and spironolactone on the basis of routine treatment, 4 months as a course of treatment. And then the clinical effect and safety between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.2% and that in control group was 67. 5%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no side effect in the two groups. Conclusion It is effective and safe of enalapril combined with metoprolol and spi- ronolactone in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.
