头孢吡肟对COPD合并下呼吸道感染的疗效评价

目的探究并分析头孢吡肟对COPD合并下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选取我院收治的COPD合并下呼吸道感染患者100例,作为临床研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者给予头孢吡肟治疗,对照组患者给予第三代头孢类头孢曲松钠进行治疗。观察患者的临床疗效、不良反应,并比较两组患者体内病菌清除所需的平均时间。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组患者的68.00%;头孢吡肟的不良反应总发生率为4.00%,明显低于头孢曲松钠;观察组彻底清除体内病菌所需平均治疗时间明显少于对照组,P<0.05。结论头孢吡肟对于COPD合并下呼吸道感染的患者具有显著的疗效,且不良反应发生率低。

Curative evaluation of cefepime in the treatment of COPD patients complicated with lower respiratory tract in-fection

Objective To research and analyze the curative effect of cefepime in the treatment of COPD patients complicated with lower respiratory tract infection. Methods 100 COPD patients complicated with lower respiratory tract infection were randomly and evenly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with cefepime, and the control group was given the treatment of the third-generation cephalosporins ceftriaxone. The patients＇ clinical medical effect and adverse reaction were observed. Besides, the average time that the germs were cleared was compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the total effec- tive rate was 94. 00% in the observation group, which was obviously higher than that in the control group （68.00%）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00% in the observation group, which was obviously lower than that in the control group. The average time that the germs were cleared was obviously shorter in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cefepime has obvi- ous curative effect in the treatment of COPD patients complicated with lower respiratory tract infection, with lower occurrence of adverse re- action and higher effective rate.
