口腔前庭沟切口联合下睑缘外眦小切口治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折临床疗效观察

目的观察并分析口腔前庭沟切口联合下睑缘外眦小切口治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折的临床疗效。方法应用随机数字表法将2010年9月至2012年9月收治的86例颧上颌骨复合体骨折患者分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),对照组患者接受口腔前庭沟切口内固定治疗,观察组患者接受口腔前庭沟切口联合下睑缘外眦小切口内固定治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效和安全性。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),对照组患者手术并发症发生率为34.88%,观察组患者出现手术并发症发生率为11.63%,观察组手术并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(χ2=5.472,P<0.05)。结论口腔前庭沟切口联合下睑缘外眦小切口治疗颧上颌骨复合体骨折患者疗效优于单纯口腔前庭沟切口治疗,不仅能够帮助患者骨骼的愈合,提高临床疗效,而且多切口的实施减少手术并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的预后。

The clinical efficacy and safety of oral vestibular sulcus incision combined lateral canthus small incision under the eyelid margin in zygomatic maxillary complex fracture patients

Objective To investigate the application effect of oral vestibular sulcus incision combined lateral canthus small incision under the eyelid margin in zygomatic maxillary complex fracture patients.Methods Eighty-six zygomatic maxillary complex fracture patients treated in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2012 were chosen as the research objects,they were divided into the control group（n = 43） and the observation group（n = 43） by random number table.Patients in the control group were given oral vestibular sulcus incision fixation treatment,patients in the observation group were given oral vestibular sulcus incision combined lateral canthus small incision under the eyelid margin fixation treatment.Clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were evaluated.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the surgical complications rate of the observation group was lower than that in the control group（11.63% vs.34.88 %;χ2 = 5.472,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The oral vestibular sulcus incision combined lateral canthus small incision under the eyelid margin fixation treatment,obtains satisfactory curative effect and reduces surgical complications for patients with zygomatic maxillary complex fracture.This combined surgery is superior to oral vestibular sulcus incision fixation treatment.
