| 摘 要： | 目的对肾嫌色细胞癌的诊断和治疗进行探讨。方法回顾性分析2例肾嫌色细胞癌的临床资料并结合文献进行分析讨论。结果2例患者均行根治性肾切除术，随访2年，均获无瘤存活。结论肾嫌色细胞癌是一种低度恶性的肾细胞癌，确诊有赖于影像学检查及典型的病理学表现，治疗以手术为主。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of renal chromophobe cell carcinoma (RCCC). Methods: The clinical datum of 2 cases of RCCC were analyzed retrospectively with review of the literature. Results: 2 cases were undergone radical nephrectomy and followed up for 2 years .The patients both survived with no tumor. Conclusions: RCCC is a distinct type of renal cell carcinoma exhibiting lower degree malignancy. Definite diagnosis depends on imaging examinations and the typical pathological features. Operation is the first choice of treatment. |
