摘    要:目的:制备MDP阿霉素脂质体,对SD大鼠UMR106成骨肉瘤模型靶向治疗作用进行研究。方法:采用改良逆相蒸发法制备逆相蒸发脂质体,跨膜PH值梯度法包裹 阿霉素,经脂质体修饰后直接与MDP交联;建立SD大鼠UMR106成骨肉瘤模型,并观察MDP-阿霉素脂质体对荷瘤鼠的掐瘤作用。结果:MDP-阿霉素脂质体对荷瘤鼠的抑瘤作用。结果:MDP-阿霉素脂质体其阿霉素包裹率为92.3%,MDP交联率为70%,粒

Abstract:AIM: To make preparation of adriamycin 1ipo-somes conjugated with MDP and to study its anti-tumor ef-fects on Sprague-Dawley rat osteosarooma tumor model invivo. METHoDS= Liposome was prepared by improved re-verse-phase evaporation and conjugation of MDP and encap-sulation of adriamycin was done by transmembrane PH gradi-ent methods. Anti-tumor effects on Spragu-Dawley rats ofosteosarcoma tumor model in vivo were evaluated. RE-SULTS= The average encapsulation rate of adriamycin was92. 3% and conjugation rate of MDP 7O%, with the size of(15O I 35 ) nm in mean diameter by extrusion.
