由砷剂的研究看抗肿瘤中药的研究方向

砷剂在治疗白血病及淋巴瘤、骨髓瘤、胃癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌等恶性肿瘤的治疗研究方面取得了一定的成果。通过三氧化二砷(As2O3)的研究历程及在治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病方面的突破,讨论目前已有的抗肿瘤类中药的作用机制以及抗肿瘤中药研究所面临的问题,提出应以中医药学理论指导临床,从临床研究中发现问题、创新思路、建立新学说;运用中医整体观念和辨证论治指导抗肿瘤中药的研究;抗肿瘤中药研究须紧跟现代先进研究手段和方法,以期中医药研究取得更多突破。
