远程管理模式对2型糖尿病患者代谢指标影响的研究

目的探讨基于网络的远程管理模式在糖尿病管理中的应用成效。方法将自愿参加研究的114例2型糖尿病患者按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。对照组采取常规门诊干预措施;观察组实施远程管理。结果观察组血压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较基线明显改善（P〈0.05）,与对照组相比,观察组在空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白两方面改善作用更明显（P〈0.05）,且糖化血红蛋白达标率增加（P=0.049）,低血糖的发生率较对照组减少（P=0.044）,但在脂代谢等方面改善不明显（P〉0.05）。结论远程管理模式较常规门诊干预可显著改善2型糖尿病患者的糖代谢指标,提高血糖控制达标率,减少低血糖事件的发生。

Study for the effect on metabolism indicator for patients with type 2 diabetes by telemedicine management mode

Objective To study the applying effective on diabetes management based on the network telemedicine management.Method 114 patients with type 2diabetes voluntary participated in this study was divided into observation group and control group by random number method.57 patients in each group.patients in control group was given routine outpatient intervention measures.patients in observation group was given telemedicine management intervention.Result The BP,FBG,HbAlc,TG,and HDL-C in observation group was remarkably improved compared with baseline data（P〈0.05）,and there were significant differences on FBG and HbAlc compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.The compliance rate of glycated hemoglobin was increased（P=0.049）and the rate of incidence of hypoglycemia was group decreased（P=0.044）compared with control group.There was no significant improving in lipid metabolism（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The telemedicine intervention for the management of type 2diabetes could improve the compliance rate of glycemic control indicators and self care activities,reduce hypoglycemia events.
