腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案临床应用效果验证性研究

目的通过在我院骨伤科应用国家中医药管理局下发的＂腰椎间盘突出症＂的中医护理方案,验证其普适性和实效性。方法选择2013年7月~11月在我院骨伤科住院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症住院患者30例,所有患者均由同一组医生进行治疗,所有患者的护理均严格按照中医护理方案进行实施落实。负责实施中医护理方案的护士,均接受统一的培训和考核。收集患者住院期间主要症状、实施主要的辨证施护和中医护理技术,以及症状的改善情况。结果针对患者腰腿疼痛、肢体麻木和下肢活动这三大主要症状,辨证施护落实100%,8种中医护理技术得到应用,能较好地改善患者腰腿疼痛和肢体麻木情况。结论腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案能积极推动中医辨证施护的临床开展,能有效发挥中医药特色与优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Confirmatory research for the clinical application effect of Chinese medicine nursing program for patients with lumbar disc herniation

Objective To verify the universality and effectiveness of ＂lumbar disc herniation＂ nursing scheme of traditional Chinese medicine issued by application of state administration of traditional Chinese medicine in orthopedics and traumatology of our hospital.Method 30in-patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in orthopedics and traumatology in our hospital from 2013 July to November was selected for the study.All patients were treated by the same group of doctors and cared strictly accordance with the implementation of nursing program of Chinese medicine.The responsibility nurse for nursing program of Chinese medicine received unified training and examination.The main symptoms,main dialectical nursing and nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine,improvement of symptoms during hospitalization were collected and compared.Result The dialectical nursing was implemented for100%for patient with lumbar and leg pain,numbness of the limbs and limb activities of the three major symptoms.The patients lumbocrural pain and limb numbness situation was improved by applied 8kinds of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing scheme for lumbar disc herniation can actively promote the clinical development of TCM dialectical nursing.It can effectively give full play of the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine,and is worthy of further clinical application.
