DSG一次性使用吸氧管在基层医院心内科应用的研究

摘    要:目的探讨DSG一次性吸氧管在基层医院心内科应用的可行性,为临床选择合适的氧疗方式提供依据。方法将符合研究条件在我院心内科住院,需要持续吸氧7d以上的200例患者,随机分实验组100例和对照组100例,实验组使用DSG一次性吸氧管吸氧,对照组使用常规湿化瓶吸氧,比较两组氧气湿化瓶细菌污染情况,患者满意度,直接护理时数,成本费用。结果实验组氧气湿化瓶染菌量少于对照组(P〈0.01),吸氧噪音小于对照组(P〈0.05),咽喉舒适度明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),成本费用少于对照组,对照组每天更换湿化瓶、湿化液和处理污染湿化瓶耗时(25.23±1.56)min,实验组不需要更换湿化瓶和湿化液。结论 DSG一次性吸氧管在基层医院心内科使用,可降低湿化瓶细菌污染情况及成本费用,减少工作量、吸氧噪音,值得临床推广使用。

Stud for the applications of DSG disposable Oxygen tube in cardiology department of the primary hospital

Abstract:Objective To study the application feasibility of DSG disposable oxygen tube in cardiology department of the primary hospital,and to select the appropriate oxygen therapy to provide the basis for clinical way.Method200 cases patients met the study criteria in cardiology department and need continuous oxygen for more than 7days at the primary hospital admission were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.patients in experimental group was given DSG disposable oxygen tube for oxygen,patients in control group was given conventional wet bottles for oxygen.The patient satisfaction,number of direct care,costs and the bacterial contamination of oxygen humidifier bottles in the two groups were measured and compared.Result The oxygen humidifier bottle contamination in experimental group is less than that of the control group(P〈0.01),the oxygen noise was less than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The satisfaction of throat comfort was significantly higher that of the control group(P〈0.05).the cost was less than that of the control group.The time for daily change wet bottle and wet fluid,and deal with pollution wet bottle was 25.23 ± 1.56 minutes.Oxygen therapy execution time was saved due to no need for this item changing in experimental group.Conclusion The application of DSG disposable oxygen tube in cardiology department of the primary hospital will be helpful to reduce costs,workload,oxygen noise and bacterial contamination of wet bottle.It's will improve the patient satisfaction and worthy of clinical use.
