女性留置导尿患者不同导尿管外固定方式对导尿管相关性菌尿症的影响

目的 探讨不同导尿管外固定方式对女性留置导尿患者CA-菌尿症的影响,为临床女性留置导尿患者选择最佳导尿管外固定方式提供依据。方法 选取2013年3～12月择期手术女患者88例,按导尿先后顺序随机分为胶布固定组（A组）29例、气囊尿管外固定囊固定组（B组）31例和三腔二囊导尿管组（C组）28例,比较各组患者留置导尿期间CA-菌尿症发生情况。结果 B组、C组患者的CA-菌尿症发生率均低于A组（P〈0.05）,B组、C组患者的CA-菌尿症发生率差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）。结论 用气囊尿管外固定囊行导尿管外固定,或用三腔二囊导尿管导尿者,用其外气囊和无菌纱布行导尿管外固定,可以避免导尿管移动,能有效降低CA-菌尿症的发生。

Study for the effect on CA-bacteriuria by different catheter outer fixation for women patients with indwelling catheterization

Objective To investigate the effect of different ways of catheter external fixation for female patients with indwelling catheter on CA‐bacteriuria disease ,and to provide effective basis for the best catheter external fixa‐tion .Method 88 patients with period selective surgery were elected during the period from November 2012 to August 2013 and randomly divided into tape fixed group of 35 cases （group A） ,air bag catheter external fixation posterior fixed group （group B） 35 cases and three‐cavity two‐balloon catheter group 35 cases （group C） according to the or‐der urethral catheterization .The patients’ CA‐ bacteriuria disease occurrence during the period of indwelling ure‐thral catheterization was compared between groups .Result The CA ‐bacteriuria disease incidences in group B and group C were lower than that in group A （P〈0 .05） ,there was no significant difference in CA‐bacteriuria disease incidence between group B and group C （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion Air bag tube of urine bursa catheter external fixation or three‐cavity two‐balloon catheter urethral catheterization with its external airbags and sterile gauze catheter exter‐nal fixation can avoid catheter moving and effectively reduce the CA‐bacteriuria disease occurs .
