| 摘 要： | 目的:观察原发性肾小球疾病肾脏病理改变与中医辨证的关系。方法:对在广东省中医院进行肾穿活检,诊断为原发性肾小球疾病病历共144例进行病理与中医辨证的相关分析。结果:脾肾阳虚组病理表现最严重;气阴两虚组硬化较脾肾阳虚组轻但总体病变重于脾肾气虚组;兼见湿热内蕴证肾病理变化常见炎症浸润及组织增生,其程度较水湿内阻证明显;瘀血内阻型的肾组织增生及病理活动性均较水湿浸渍证明显;兼证中湿热内蕴证患者肾病理出现浸润的情况最为常见,瘀血内阻证的病理活动性最强。结论:原发性肾小球疾病在"脾肾气虚→气阴两虚(→肝肾阴虚)→脾肾阳虚"的转化过程中,病理浸润与硬化程度越来越严重。不同的证型之间肾病理改变程度存在显著性差异。
