| 摘 要： | 运用中医辨证分型治疗股骨头坏死，早期外伤瘀血痹阻型予活血止痛汤；中期内损肝肾亏虚型，予生髓强骨丹；后期久病气血两虚型予益气壮骨汤。结果治疗175例，治愈104例，好转31例，治愈率为59．4％。

| Abstract: | Differential treatment was applied to infantile ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Bi-syndrome due to external injury by blood stasis in early stage was treated with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction. Deficiency of the liver and kidney due to internal injury of the liver and kidney in metaphase was treated with Shengsui Qianggu Bolus. Deficiency of both Qi and blood in the advanced stage was treated with Yiqi Zhuanggu Decoction. Out of 175 cases, 104 cases were cured; 31 cases improved. The cure rate was 59.4%. |
