左旋卡尼汀治疗维持性血液透析患者的临床研究

目的：观察左旋卡尼汀在治疗维持性血液透析患者的临床效果及安全性。方法：将60例维持性血液透析患者随机分为2组,每组30例,治疗组每次血液透析后给予左旋卡尼汀1.0g静脉注射,对照组静脉注射等量生理盐水,疗程16周。观察两组患者用药前后临床症状及血生化的改变。结果：治疗组患者的临床症状有明显改善。治疗组的血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白上升的水平显著高于对照组,而且血脂下降。治疗组无不良反应。结论：左旋卡尼汀治疗安全有效。可以改善维持性血液透析患者营养状态及肾性贫血,降低血脂。

The Clinical Research of L-carnitine in Treating Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
