| 摘 要： | 本文辨析了古今医家对“木郁达之”的认识,提出“木郁”与“达之”的含义,“木郁”的原因。认为肝失疏泄,气血郁滞为“木郁”病机特点,虚实夹杂为其病性特点;胀满疼痛,症状特点;耗伤阴血、变生他症和累及他脏、演变特点。调理气血,护阴和实脾为治疗“木郁”应遵循的一般规律”。

| Abstract: | In the article the author discusses the concept, pathology, hature, symptoms, evolution and the law of treatment of "depression of wood". The author consideres that the pathological characteristics of "depression of wood" are that the liver fails to regulate the activity of vital energy and stagnation of vital energy and blood. The nature of it is asthenia-syndsome accompanied with sthenia-syndrome.The characteristics of symptoms are distention and pain.Evolutive characteristics are yiu-blood damaged, other organs implicated. Regulatng the vital energy and blood, protecting yin and invigorating the speen are general law for treatment of "depression of wood". |
