职业性乙酸丁酯暴露对肝肾功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨职业性接触乙酸丁酯对对工人肝肾功能的影响。方法采用断面流行病学调查方法,对某涂料生产公司104名接触乙酸丁酯的生产工人及203名对照组工人进行调查研究,通过问卷调查、作业环境监测、健康检查资料分析职业性接触乙酸丁酯对工人肝功能及肾功能的影响。结果暴露组的肝功能及肾功能指标异常检出率结果:血ALT(16.3%)、AST(9.6%)、TBIL(19.2%)、DBIL(5.8%)、UA(21.1%)明显高于对照组的血ALT(7.4%)、AST(3.9%)、TBIL(3.95%)、DBIL(1.0%)、UA(4.4%),经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论职业性接触乙酸丁酯可能引起肝功能损伤,对接触者的肾功能亦可能有潜在的影响。

Abstract: Objective] To explore the effect of occupational exposure to N-butyl acetate on Hepatic and Renal Functions. Methotis ] An epidemiological survey, including questionnaire survey, operating environment monitoring and occupational health analysis, was applied to 104 N-butyl acetate exposure workers and 203 workers in the control group, on the effect of occupational exposure to N-butyl acetate on Hepatic and Renal Functions. Results] The abnormal detection rate of Hepatic and Renal Functions among the exposure group {ALT( 16.3% ) , AST( 9.6% ) ,TBIL( 19.2% ) , DBIL( 5.8% ) ,UA(21.1% ) )were significantly higher than that of the control group ( ALT(7.4% ) ,AST(3.9% ) , TBIL(3.95% ) ,DBIL( 1.0% ) , UA(4.4% ) ). The difference was significant. ( P 〈0. 05 ) Conclusion] Occupational exposure to N-butyl acetate may cause liver damage, and also have potential effect on renal function of the exposure workers.
