| 摘 要： | 目的分析肿瘤化疗患者外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）置管困难的原因,探讨处理方法,提高置管成功率。方法对37例PICC置管困难的相关因素进行分析并总结相应的对策。结果通过分析发现置管困难的常见原因为患者的心理因素、血管因素、穿刺体位和穿刺技术等。结论全面评估和熟练操作PICC置管方法可减轻患者的痛苦,减少经济浪费,保证化疗计划的完成。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the cause of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) difficulty in tumor chemotherapy patients, and investigate the treated way in order to increase the success rate of catheterization. Methods The catheter-related difficult factors of PICC in 37 patients were analyzed and the corresponding coun-termeasures were summarized. Results Analyzing the results of the catheter inserting difficulty, we found the common causes were psychological factors, blood vessels, body position and puncture skill closely related to the technology. Conclusions A comprehensive assessment and skill PICC catheter operation could ease the painful-ness of patients and reduce the economic waste, and ensure the completion of the planned chemotherapy. |
