| 摘 要： | 通过对海河漂乳物的打捞量、来源、分布特点、构成成分、热值、处理现状及海河主要水质指标等的调查和分析，提出了海河漂浮物的治理必须加强源头的宏观管理，实行打捞作业机械化，强化水上环境管理队伍的监管能力，大力宣传教育、提高全民的环境保护意识等切实可行的对策。根据天津市目前垃圾的处理方法和漂浮物热值较高的特点，提出了海河漂浮物实行焚烧发电的最终处理方法。

| Abstract: | Base on the investigation and analysis about the salvage quantity,resource,distribution feature,composition,heat value and management of the floating matter on Haihe River,a series of countermeasure were proposed such as reinforcing the macro-control of the resource as well as the supervision power of the environment management team on water,conducting mechanism for salvage operation and promoting environment protection ideas among people.According to t he present method for solid waste treatment and high heat value of the floating matter on river,it is proposed that the floating matter on Haihe River can be di sposed by incineration to generate electric power. |
