HPLC法测定复方三嗪芦丁片中氢氯噻嗪的溶出度

目的建立高效液相色谱法,测定复方三嗪芦丁片中氢氯噻嗪的溶出度。方法按照中国药典2005年版(二部)溶出度测定第三法,以盐酸溶液为介质,转速为75 r/min,45 min时取样,以高效液相色谱法,采用C18柱,以己烷磺酸钠缓冲溶液-乙腈-甲醇(85∶5∶10)为流动相,检测波长:271 nm。测定复方三嗪芦丁片中氢氯噻嗪的溶出度。结果线性范围为0.040 24~1.012μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=0.87%,n=9)。结论本方法简便、快速,专属性强,可有效地控制复方三嗪芦丁片中氢氯噻嗪的溶出度。

Determination of the dissolution of Hydrochlorothiazide in the compound Trizin and Rutinum Tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the dissoluton of Hydrochlorothiazide in the compound trizin and rutinum tablets.Methods The Kromasil C18 column was used,and the Sodium Hexanesulfonate buffer solution-acetonitrile-methanol(85∶5∶15) was used as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 271 nm.Results The assay was liner over the range of 0.040 24～1.012 μg(r=0.999 9),and the recovery rate was 100.1%(RSD=0.87%,n=9).Conclusion The method was convenient and accurate,and it can be used as a method for quality control.
