| 摘 要： | 2004年3月～2007年6月，我院采用急诊游离第2足趾移植再造拇指12例，全部成活，功能恢复良好，报道如下。
1材料与方法
1．1病例资料本组12例，男4例，女8例，年龄18-36岁。均为拇指毁损性损伤，但掌骨头关节面均存留。左手4例，右手8例。伤后至人院时间0．5～1h，伤后至手术时间1—3h。
