对社区精神分裂症患者实施健康管理模式的随访研究

目的 探讨健康管理模式在预防社区精神分裂症复发中的效果.方法 随机选取60例康复出院的精神分裂症患者(观察组),给予为期18个月的精神分裂症健康管理模式,采用健康知识知晓率、服药依从性、简明精神病量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷程度筛选量表(SDSS)以及复发率等指标综合评价治疗效果,并与同期康复出院的60例精神分裂症患者(对照组)进行各项评价指标的参照对比.结果 出院时,两组患者健康教育知识掌握水平和服药依从性,BPRS以及SDSS均无统计学差异(P>0.05),实施健康管理模式后,在6个月、12个月和18个月的随访调查中,观察组在健康教育知识掌握水平,服药依从性,BPRS、SDSS和复发率等评定指标明显好于对照组,两组比较具有明显性差异(P<0.01).结论 健康管理模式能够降低社区精神分裂症患者的复发,值得在社区中推广应用.

The follow - up study of the health management model for Schizophrenia patients in the community

Objective To discuss the effect of the health management model for Schizophrenia patients in the community. Methods 60 case of Schizophrenia patentions by random selected who leaved hosptial after convalescence (the management group) , were given the health management mode for 18 months. The effects were evaluated by the targets such as the awareness rate of health knowledge, taking medicine compliance, BPRS, SDSS and the recurrence rate. and the effect was refered balance with 60 case of Schizophrenia patients (the control group) , the the management group and the control grup were in the same time. Results When the two groups leaved hospital, the awareness rate of health knowledge, taking medicine compliance、 BPRS、 SDSS of the management group were as same as those of the control group ( P > 0. 05 ) . After the health management mode was given, 6, 12 and 18 months, the awareness rate of health knowledge, taking medicine compliance, BPRS, SDSS and the recurrence rate of the management group were better than those of the control group ( P < 0. 01). Conclusions The health management mode of Schizophrenia could reduce the recurrence rate of Schizophrenia, which is beneficial to developing caring behavior and improving the patients satisfaction, it is worth of popularization and application.
