| 摘 要： | 严格落实手术前确认制度，确保患者基本信息、手术名称及部位准确无误，是防范手术差错事故的关键。手术医师、麻醉医师、手术室护士、患者方在术前不同阶段做到同一地点、同一时间、共同确认，是落实手术前确认制度的重要环节。

| Abstract: | In order to confirm patients＂ basic information, operation pathway and position, Implementing inspection regulations before operating strictly is the key step for avoiding medical accidents related to operation. Confirming patients＂ information collectively by surgeons, anaesthetists, theatre nurses and patient aspect in the same place and at the same time is the most important factor for Implementing inspection regulations correctly. |
