不同作业工人10年间高血压动态观察与分析

目的 了解不同职业人群的血压变化及高血压患病情况，探讨职业因素在高血压发病中的作用。方法 对曾在1991年全国高血压抽样调查中受检的从事橡胶业、铝业、制漆染料业、汽车制造业4种不同职业人群的血压进行随访观测，其中观察组2863人，对照组794人。结果 所有观察对象10年后的血压水平均高于10年前，血压升高以收缩压升高为主。汽车制造业工人高血压病的患病率比对照组明显升高。结论 4种职业人群中汽车制造作业工人高血压患病较多，该作业工人是血压异常和患高血压病的高危人群。

Dynamic Observation and Analysis on Incidence of Hypertension in Workers of Different Operations for Ten Years

Objective To observe the change of blood pressure and the incidence of hypertension in staff of different occupations and to probe into the effects of occupational factors on hypertension.Methods Follow-up investigation of blood pressure of four different occupation crowds,including staffs in rubber industry,aluminum industry,lacquer and dyestuff industry,and automobile industry,which had been involved in national survey of hypertension in 1991,was conducted.Among them,2 863 subjects were taken as the observed group and 794 subjects as the control group.Results Differences in blood pressure of every occupation crowds were found as compared with the record of 10 years ago.Most of them the blood pressure was higher than before,and the priority were in the rise of systolic pressure.The prevalence of hypertension in automobile industry showed significant rise than that of the control group.Conclusions The risks of hypertension in different occupational populations are somewhat different,and the staffs in automobile industry appears the most vulnerable in blood pressure abnormality and hypertension.
