小切口腹膜外全层缝合法治疗32例阑尾炎合并穿孔患者的临床疗效分析

目的：评价小切口腹膜外全层缝合法治疗阑尾炎合并穿孔的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析该院2014年3月至2016年5月间收治的32例阑尾炎合并穿孔患者的临床资料，所有患者均行小切口腹膜外全层缝合阑尾切除术治疗，观察患者的预后及术后并发症情况。结果：本组32例患者手术均取得成功，平均手术时间（31.6±5.6）min，术后平均住院天数（4.9±1.2）d，术后对所有患者随访均未发现切口出血、感染、腹腔脓肿、粘连性肠梗阻等并发症。结论：小切口腹膜外全层缝合法治疗阑尾炎合并穿孔的疗效较好，可有效降低术后感染等并发症的发生。

Clinical effect analysis about 32 cases with perforated appendicitis treatment by peritoneum full thickness suture of small incision

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of peritoneum full thickness suture of small incision in treatment of perforated appendicitis. Methods:Results:The clinical data about 32 cases of perforated appendicitis in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,all cases were treated by peritoneum full thick-ness suture of small incision,observed the complications and prognosis after treatment. Results The operation was all successful,the average operation time was (31. 6 ± 5. 6)min,the average hospital stay time was(4. 9 ± 1. 2)d,all cases were not found wound bleeding,infection,abdominal abscess and adhesive intestinal obstruction by following up. Conclusions:Peritoneum full thickness suture of small incision in treatment of perforated appendicitis has good clinical effect,can re-duce the incidence of postoperative infection and other complications effectively.
