90颗牙体牙髓患者不同根管填充程度的影响

目的：就90颗牙体牙髓患者不同根管填充程度的影响进行探讨。方法：选取该院2013年8月至2015年8月所收治的90颗牙体牙髓患者为研究对象，对其进行根管填充治疗。结果：本组患者中欠充17颗（13.72%），超充9颗（7.33%），适充98颗（79.12%）。适充的有效率明显要高于欠充、超充，具有较为明显的差异（P <0.05）。不同根管填充程度的疼痛率具有较为明显的差异（P <0.05）。结论：根管填充治疗牙体牙髓疾病的临床效果较佳，其中，适充的治疗效果最为显著，且疼痛率要远远低于超充、欠充，值得推广应用。

90 patients with tooth pulp body the influence of different level of root canal filling

Objective:the 90 patients with tooth pulp body the influence of different root canal filling degree were discussed. Methods:select from August 2013 to August 2015 patients of 90 teeth pulp as the research object,on the root canal filling treatment. Conclusions:root canal filling treatment the clini-cal effect of tooth pulp disease better,among them,the optimum one of the most significant effect of treatment,filling and pain rate is far lower than the ultra,owe, is worthy of popularization and application.
