动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心律失常的比较

目的：主要讨论动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心律失常的效果。方法：选取该院于2012年1月至2014年12月间收治的130例冠心病患者，随机将其分为观察组、对照组。其中观察组患者65例，接受动态心电图诊断；对照组患者65例，接受常规心电图诊断，比较两组诊断结果。结果：两组检测阳性率差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）；两组患者室性早搏房性早搏二、三联律、室性早搏房性早搏成对结果相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：动态心电图在冠心病患者心律失常诊断中的效果显著，应该在临床上做进一步推广。

Comparison of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective:to mainly discuss the downfall of electrocardiogram(ecg)and conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart dis-ease patients with arrhythmia. Methods:select our hospital in January 2012 - December 2014 treated 130 cases of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD), random the observation group and control group respectively. The observation group,65 cases of patients,accept dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis 65 cases, control group patients accepted routine electrocardiogram diagnosis,compared two groups of the results. Results:the detection positive rate differences between the two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0. 05);Two groups of patients with ventricular premature beats and atrial premature beats two or three bigeminy, ventricular premature beats and extrasystole paired results were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusions:dynamic electro-cardiogram( ecg)in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia effect is remarkable,should do further promotion in clinic.
