PDCA 循环法应用于消毒供应室护理管理中的效果分析

目的：探讨分析 PDCA 循环法应用于消毒供应室护理管理中的效果。方法：2014年1月至2015年5月期间该院消毒供应室采用 PDCA 循环法进行管理的87份资料列为实施后组，同时将2012年9月至2013年12月期间我院消毒供应室87份常规管理资料作为实施前组，比较两组灭菌清洗合格率。结果：比较实施 PDCA 循环法前后手术器械清洗合格率，实施后的合格率87.36%明显高于实施前的58.62%，组间数据有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：采用 PDCA 循环法管理消毒供应室各工作，对各工作人员的工作质量有提升作用，确保工作整体水平，进而提升科室整体满意度。

Analysis on the Effect of PDCA Circulation Method applied in the Nursing Management of Sterilization and Supply Room

Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of PDCA circulation method applied in nursing management of Sterilization and Supply room. Methods:During January 2014 to May 2015,87 copies managed by PDCA circulation method in our hospital Sterilization and Supply room are listed as the group of post - implementation;at the same time,During September 2012 to December 2013,87 copies managed by routine method in our hospital Sterilization and Supply room are listed as the group of prior to implementation,compared two groups of sterilization cleaning qualified rate. Results:The sterilization cleaning pass rate of two groups were compared,the qualification rate(87. 36% )of post - implementation was significantly higher than the rate(58. 62% )of prior to imple-mentation. there was statistical significance between groups of data(P < 0. 05). Conclusions:Using PDCA circulation method to manage the work of sterilization and supply room,can improve the staffer′s work quality,ensure the overall level of work,and further enhance the satisfaction of the department.
