优质护理服务措施在神经内科护理中的应用效果观察

目的：观察优质护理服务措施在大内科护理中的应用效果。方法：选取该院2015年1~12月收治的大内科患者共165例，经患者知情同意下由临床医师采取等距随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者在大内科护理过程中采用常规护理措施，观察组患者在大内科护理过程中采用优质护理服务措施。比较两组患者护理效果满意度及两组患者的躯体功能恢复状况、心理情绪状态以及自理能力。结果：观察组的满意度明显高于对照组，观察组在躯体功能恢复状况、心理情绪状态以及自理能力方面都不同程度的优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：优质护理服务措施在大内科护理中的应用效果良好，宜在实际的护理过程中推广。

Observation on the effect of high quality nursing service in the Department of Neurology

Objective:to observe the quality of nursing service measures in the application of large internal medicine nursing effect. Methods:our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were a total of 165 patients with internal medicine,the patients informed consent by the clinician to isometric random sam-pling method was divided into observation group and control group,control group patients in the medical care in the process of the conventional nursing measures, observation group of patients in the medical care in the process of high quality nursing service measures. Compare two groups of patients satisfaction of nursing effect and two groups of patients body function recovery,psychological emotional state and self - care ability. Results:the satisfaction degree of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group and observation group in the body function recovery,psychological emotional state and self - care ability are different degrees of superior to control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions:high quality nursing service measures in the application of large medical care effect is good,should be in the process of practical nursing promotion.
