| 摘 要： | 目的 评价Steel三联截骨手术疗效。方法 对 5例 6～ 9岁、髋臼指数平均为 4 4°的患儿行Steel三联截骨 ,对其影像学、临床结果及满意率进行随访。结果 髋臼指数平均矫正至 2 1°,疼痛和跛行好转 ,没有发生股骨头无菌性坏死加剧。结论 Steel三联截骨对于治疗髋臼指数为 4 5°左右患儿 ,是一种安全有效的手术。
