| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血压昼夜节律与动脉硬化的关系。方法 218例原发性高血压患者根据动态血压监测曲线分为勺型组（n=86）、非勺型组（n=92）、反勺型（n=8）、超勺型组（n=12）四组。检测患者动脉硬化指标踝臂指数（ABI）、臂踝脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）,并与勺型组患者ABI、baPWV进行对比与分析。结果非勺型组、反勺型、超勺型组患者较勺型组患者ABI呈减低趋势,而baPWV呈增加趋势,差异有显著统计学意义（P均〈0.01）。结论高血压患者的血压昼夜节律与动脉硬化严重程度相关,维持血压正常昼夜节律可以减缓动脉硬化发展的进程。
