| 摘 要： | 目的探讨窦性心率震荡的减弱或消失对心尖肥厚型心肌病远期预后的价值。方法根据有无室性心律失常、心力衰竭、急性心肌梗死和心源性死亡的发生,将68例心尖肥厚型心肌病患者分为心血管事件组和对照组。并应用动态心电图技术记录两组的心电信息,对比分析两组患者心率震荡指标的差异。结果心血管事件组和对照组心率震荡起始分别为（0.24±1.55）%和（-0.21±1.89）%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;震荡斜率分别为（2.83±0.58）ms/RR和（11.07±4.39）ms/RR,差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论心尖肥厚型心肌病发生心血管事件的患者窦性心率震荡明显减弱或消失,窦性心率震荡的指标可以为心尖肥厚型心肌病的预后提供帮助。
