| 摘 要： | 目的总结弥漫性肺病变患者进行支气管肺活体组织检查的护理，以减少不良反应和并发症。方法对22例行盲式肺活体组织检查患者的临床资料回顾性分析，总结不良反应和并发症的例数和原因，提出护理措施。结果明显出血2例(占9％)；有短时间胸闷3例(占13．6％)，经X线胸片证实无气胸发生；余无不良反应。结论充分的术前准备、严密的术中监测、具有预见性和针对性的护理措施是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the cause,prevention and nursing measures of common side effects and compilcations during lung biopsy through the fiberoptic bronchoscope in parenchymal lung disease.Method We retrospectively analysed the clinical datas of 22 patients by blind biopsy.Result 2patiens(9%) had obvious bleeding,3 patients (13.6%)had little time breast bored,remaining no adverse reactions.Conclusion Preparations before operations,monitoring during operations,forecasting and patinent nursing measures are significant guarantees of improving successful rate of operations and decreasing complications during operations. |
